PAST brings archaeological heritage to life through interactive digital storytelling. Focusing on
the ancient site of Asine in the Argolid region of Greece, the application combines 3D models,
photographs, archival documents, film material, maps, and historical texts into an immersive
experience. Visitors can explore and examine archaeological artifacts to discover how knowledge
about the past is created through excavation, documentation, analysis, and interpretation.
The installation is on display at Gustavianum Museum in Uppsala.

The project builds on an earlier InfraVis-supported project, where core concepts and visualization methods were developed and tested, and demonstrates how digital visualization can strengthen public engagement with cultural heritage and academic research.
